      -Fast paced environment where you can learn a lot, specially at the beginnings of your career. -If you work in Palmas Altas (Seville, SPA) you'll have benefits such canteen, kindergarten, free gym and free shuttles. -Good workspaces and tools. -International experience from day 1. You'll work with many countries and will have the opportunity to travel a lot. -Great colleagues who will likely become your friends.

      Cons

      -Inept middle management. -Be prepared to work unpaid overtime, it's an obligation at the company. Your compromise will be measured according to the hours you spend at your workspace (whether working or reading a book). -24/7 online and reachable through smartphone (even on vacations) -Some people criticizes the cateen since it's mandatory to eat in, you can't bring your own food. -Nepotism - you'll find Abengoa President's whole family working there as well as hundred of slotted in people.
