Challenging, tough problems to solve, very busy - lots of projects to work, nice people to work with, solar plants are very cool etc. etc.

Parent company bankruptcy issues, no bonus for employees while upper management got big chunks just before bankruptcy proceedings; nepotism; too many redundant middle managers who add no value; redundant central services team that is bureaucratic and add no business value
