Pros

The mission of the organization is great. A lot of really smart, amazing people work there. They have 1/2 days on Fridays over the summer which is really nice.

Cons

The bureaucracy is like no other place I've ever seen. There is no way to tell who is doing what and a ton of money seems to be wasted on inefficient processes. Poor pay to round that off.
