Cons

Management is completely inept. They manage by fear and intimidation. They need to stop hiring managers from Spain and start hiring US managers. The Spanish managers are terrible. They do not plan or communicate anything well. They do not listen to anyone. They do not know what they are doing.

Cons

Management is very poor. Being a Spanish company, they literally have a strangle hold on everything we do and a lot of our money comes from the DOE. Not very team oriented. People are not treated equally. No career path.
