Big company, plenty to learn.

Cons

It's ruled like a small company. Management from Seville, Spain, lacks knowledge about how to deal with international offices, different cultures. Salaries are low compared to similar companies. Expected to work (or be available) on weekends and on vacations. Very intrusive of personal life. Mgmt in Colorado office lacks ability to motivate & promote local employees.

Good work environment. Opportunity to travel abroad at other company sites. Interesting projects and opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Salary wise slightly behind peers. Company structure is not very flexible, need constant approvals for many activities. (NOCS) salaries for expats is low.
