Pros

The Project Manager is wonderful at the CFX account. Other than that, it's work that pays the bills (barely).

Cons

Management lies to HR about employee issues downplaying it so that it seems nothing is wrong when everything is on fire. It allows for a toxic environment to be bred amongst employees when they see that they can do no wrong. Especially, when management has no clue what anyone does, it's easy to walk all over them. Besides that, for this position, there is no vertical growth.

Lack of training and low pay zero raises

Easy going job and only two employees. Supervisor not located in this office

Cons

Low low low pay with ZERO possibility for a raise even with long term employment and recognition as employee of the year or top producer of phone calls dialed across all PlayStations within WA. Would rather give up 2 good employees rather than give a raise of even 2.00 per day. Severe lack of training and leaving you to “figure it out yourself” Difficult at time to reach supervisor when needed and left with situations not immediately able to be handled due to lack of supervisor availability.
