We are pleased you believe our total rewards offerings are competitive to market and that you found your role intellectually satisfying. The concerns that you cited based on race and sexual orientation are something we take very seriously and for which we have a zero tolerance policy for. We have a comprehensive process that we adhere to, should this type of complaint arise, to ensure the behavior is addressed, documented and does not occur again. Some of the other concerns you raise are challenges many organizations face, when going through times of significant transformation and growth. Many of these are being addressed through better and more frequent communication, which seems to be resonating well with our employee base. We will continue to provide multiple avenues for associates to give their feedback and will ensure they see us acting on it. Thank you again for providing yours.
