      None. The pay is not worth the stress and disrespect you will endure

      Cons

      Managers are very condescending and unhelpful. Very poor work/life balance. Constant micromanagement. Generally have to wait minimum 2 weeks for response on annual leave request which is most often denied. When all staff are busy dealing with customers and there are calls waiting, managers just shout at you to hurry up instead of helping out. If you value your mental health, avoid this place at all costs.

      *secure income *secure job *easy job *good introduction into medical insurance industry *free APA certification if you pass

      Cons

      *benefits are no real benefits *favouritism towards locals regarding pomotions *bad canteen and location *many HR are leaving this company for the obvious reasons too *very high staff overturn as people do not get fired but they leave even without notice on a regular basis accross departments *stoneage systems

      Good central links by public transport.

      Cons

      There isn't any parking nearby. Management do not invest in their employees. There are not many initiatives to develop and progress as you are not encouraged to progress. The job doesn't pay enough for the stress.
