Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts. We are currently making some changes so that team leads will be available to provide help and support to associates in front-line sales and support roles. Starting the first of the year, updates to our PTO plan and work hours should provide for more flexibility in both areas.

Pros

If you are an expert in office politics, you will thrive regardless of your knowledge or education.

Cons

Office politics, mismanagement, secretive management, inexperienced and unprofessional managers. Employees are there through connections or from 2 decades ago with 2 decade ago's knowledge and mentality

Pros

You get paid on a monthly basis. A somewhat good name to have on your cv.

Cons

Where to begin.. Mental health is of no concern to this company. You are essentially discriminated for your depression and anxiety because it is not considered as an actual illness (of course HR would disagree but who are you kidding). Be prepared to get called into meetings blindsided, interrogated about your absences and heavily sanctioned for not meeting their high expectations that are in no way matched in the salary you will receive. Mangers and HR are disrespectful, passive aggressive mixed with general incompetence. A lot of good people have left or are leaving for better opportunities. There is little to no room to grow as it is almost impossible to move past team leader level unless you are irish and/or have blood ties with management. The culture is non existant and management is not transparent. Be prepared to be stressed, frustrated, treated like a number, overworked and bullied.
