      Pros

      Worked at Allianz Global Assistance in Croydon from February 16- Aug16. Working in Mercedes Benz department. Prestigious company.

      Cons

      Not very professional trainer- making extremely inappropriate comments and swearing throughout training. Several complaints made during the time. Didn't get much better once on the floor. Department short staffed and overworked. Managers didn't value staff; extremely low morale. 10 people left in the department during my fist 2 months including the Operational Manager. 8 hour days with half hour break; only allowed to take additional 10 minute break if board was clear - this was NEVER clear. Since my departure in August; i have since learned that Allianz actually lost the contract with Mercedes Benz

      Very international environment, opportunities to speak to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures which adds a really interesting & satisfying layer to the job. Friendly people Good visibility of key global projects & strategies Company is willing to encourage internal mobility & career development

      The organisation is changing a lot and the structure can be complicated to understand, but with change comes opportunity.
