Pros

good benefits, when not on overtime the schedule is nice, and pay is not unreasonable.

Cons

Tons of mandatory overtime called last minute, management not at all qualified and moved around entirely too much between departments, human resource department has not been helpful whatsoever.

Pros

Consistent schedule. You can count on a big paycheck during peak which is from black Friday through Christmas eve. Health benefits are ok but you do pay for them. 401k and stocks that vest when you hit 2 years. Lots of opportunities to move up. Career choice after 1 year. Voluntary time off when work is low.

Cons

Safety, They emphasize being aware and reporting safety but they will turn it on the employees at every turn. Be aware that they probably pay off OSHA because they never come even when legitimate claims have been submitted with photography. I saw an employee get his career ruined for calling that issue out. And he called it out because people could have died. HR is not there to help. They will look for reasons to fire you when you get close to 4 years because the stock and pay and bonus all come up and that costs them a lot of unneccessary money. You will work. Hard. And peak is intense. Say goodbye to your family during peak because you will work 50 to 60 hours mandetory every week during that time. Many people get health issues while working there from the boxes. I don't know what is in them but people break out a lot. Heart issues are common along with car accidents when people fall asleep at the wheel driving to and from work. Don't be surprised when you see posters of the person who died. It happens about every 3 to 6 months. Kind of morbid to see your coworkers pass.
