Pros

I have nothing positive to say about American Express. I hate this job.

Cons

There is a different answer for every scenario. Everything is a convoluted mess. Restrictions to modify reservations after they were booked puts us in a bad position with the customer. There is no attainable bonus as the phone metrics are unrealistic.

Cons

Goal metrics was not easy to hit with certain calls. Even if you transfer a customer to a different department and they have a bad experience. The customer gets a survey on you, but you get the bad rating even though you had a good call. It takes good surveys to detract 1 bad survey.

Sick pay and other benefits If you know how to use google you will be fine

Cons

Poor management very clicky envrionment Service is not what the card members should expect They got rid of a lot of the very experienced Relationship Managers to replace them with cheaper labour but it is the Card Member who is suffering The card is not worth the fee they have to pay
