Strong camaraderie; sense of positive and meaningful work; generous PTO and other benefits; lots of skills building opportunities; opportunities for domestic travel as well as a network of chapters across the country in which to explore a variety of career options

Cons

The pay is modest but on the high mid-range for nonprofits; a bit cumbersome and bureaucratized; very risk averse and at times a resistance to trying no things.
