Wonderful atmosphere in a rewarding field. People are great friendly and very helpful. Very effective training program. Lots of tasks to keep you busy.

Cons

Will not create a position for you. No advancement opportunities unless a position opens up (meaning someone leaves for whatever reason). Difficult to make positive procedural changes. Must work holidays.
