Pros

1. Working for a great cause and purpose. 2. IT has the potential to touch lives 3. International brand 4. Decent pay 5 Flexible work culture.

Cons

1. The current management is very disappointing. 2. No sign of leadership. 3. High levels of attrition. The management does not take any step to control attrition. 4. Incompetent leadership and HR function. 5. No new learning and they dont stand up for the purpose they are working for. 6. You will hardly get opportunities to travel abroad or have new learning exposure as there is a lot of partiality in selecting the person going for trainings and workshops. 7. Very low understanding of research and campaigns . 8. Adhoc decisions and restructuring without any concern about the employees. 9. No standard process and protocols .

Pros

Good organization unless you are a canvasser.

Cons

Low pay, long hours outside with minimal breaks, they don't cut you any slack... they'll fire you the second you don't make your quota. No wonder the employee turnaround is so big
