Pros

A prestigious organisation with global reach. Good career prospects for white, European women.

Cons

Lacks diversity, transparency, and, in some areas, basic competence. Fails to live up to the values it claims to uphold, with consistently poor HR, financial planning, and senior leadership.

Pros

the mission of the organization and its rich history is incredible

Cons

Very poor (new) leadership, horrible retention rates, and an extremely toxic membership thats old, white, racist, and out of touch. There is virtually zero upward mobility in the organization due to the revolving door of managers.
