Pros

Incredible diversity of staff--people are from all over the world; some really inspiring, selfless people who truly care about human rights and have done some incredible things. And of course, it feels good to know you can make a real difference in the word. Pretty chill, relatively stress free. My co-workers were the best part of the whole experience--we had a lot of fun,

Cons

The bureaucracy and politics can be pretty off-putting. Turf wars between different committees obscures the great work the organization does, and can be really frustrating when you're here to try to make a difference. Also, youth is a massive part of AI membership, but underrepresented in the organization. Also, the internship was unpaid.

Pros

Very kind group of people, everyone supports the ideas. Everyone is willing to help, always listening. Very approachable.

Cons

At times disorganized, it is not always clear what is the direction of a particular department. Company has gotten large and therefore can be stuck in its ways in certain areas.
