Pros

great place to work if you feel like you want to make a change. Understand that you can only make a change if you create a movement.

Cons

there was a lot of rejection, and co workers do some times tend to be a little bratty/obnoxious. They didn't understand that a lot of people just ignore what is good for the world.

constraints that every NGO faces - red tape, bureaucracy, limited budget etc;

Many opportunities to move up within the canvassing department if you can actually make your quota every week. Most don't. Free benefits; paid sick and vacation
