Great place to work for and get involved in variety of global projects. It is a chance to progress in your career and take responsibility for developing great IT systems that keep the movement functioning and collaborating globally. Very family friendly atmosphere, working with great people and very supportive small team atmosphere.

Cons

- Salary is not great but in exchange good work life balance and flexibility to work from home makes up for it.

Pros

All the colleagues are very nice and there is no hierarchy, everyone matters. Furthermore Amnesty takes it work serious and you will be working wit people who share your passion.

Cons

The salary will not be the highest you can get, especially because it is an NGO. If you are looking to make money, you should work somewhere else.
