Engaged and passionate staff working on promoting, protecting and defending human rights. A large global movement with broad recognition and real-world impact. A place to do meaningful work and contribute to positive change.

Cons

Coordination and connection across the organisation is not always well managed. Strategic priorities are not always well managed. Staff experience and expertise varies widely. The imperative of fundraising means that chapters may be run by those who have a better understanding of fundraising than of human rights principles.
