Pros

Great pay, Great benefits, Great environment and people, very motivating

Cons

Their quota is problematic for me; It makes the cause about getting people to sign up so you won't go on warning instead of genuinely trying to raise money for those who need it the most.. Personally wasn't for me although there are people who maintain their quota on a weekly basis with no problem
