Pros

Great working environment, dynamic staff, supportive supervisors, challenging work, flexible work schedule for interns, etc. etc. etc. Overall a great experience interning at the organization. This experience may vary depending on what unit and individual intern may be working in though.

Cons

Standard internship woes apply. Often times intern are left on their own so applicants should be advised that self directed work is a major part of the position.
