Great people, fun environment, you work outside which is great when the weather is nice! Opportunity for growth if you perform well on the job. Job pays $13/hr and within a few weeks increases to $15/hr.

Cons

The job itself requires for you to stand for long periods of time & approach people walking on the sidewalk. It can be really difficult when people ignore you. It's also tough when it's raining or cold/hot outside. Definitely requires persistence, passion, and good people skills.
