Pros

Great cause, inspirational when you see change and impact. Some staff are very motivated and highly intelligent.

Cons

A lot of internal politics, bullying is allowed to go unnoticed. Frequent waste of resources because of lack of prioritisation, little cohesion between teams and a culture of distrust when it comes to decision making.
