Pros

Includes some very committed employees but, for several years, had some very serious organizational/management issues that it is working to resolve.

Cons

Lack of resources and, at times, poor interdepartmental cooperation. Suffered from poor upper management, at least for several years after financial crisis, which left its mark on organization.

Pros

Great place to learn & grow. You aren't micromanaged & management is very polite.

Cons

Really, it was a great experience. The only thing is that it would have been nice to feel more as a team (this is the research side).
