Pros

The very feeling you are trying and doing your best to help someone who really, really needs your help.Tim I used to work with was so devoted and inspirational and they were all a great sports as well.

Cons

The clash between the organisations role and efforts and unavoidable struggle to operate under shrinking and restricting budgetary and financial limits. Some extraordinary people and human rights fighters were and are losing their jobs and that was extremely sad.

Autonomy to achieve impact. Great potential to influence change globally, with more than 3 million members all over the world.

Cons

Big human rights bureaucracy. Many people doing the same thing and unclear decision-making process, which affects efficiency.
