Pros

The pros about working for Amnesty are that you truly have a sense that you are contributing to the betterment of human rights issues on a global scale, Amnesty treat staff and volunteers as a part of the family and by being a part of the uniquely democratic make-up of the movement from the inside you feel that your voice really does contribute to the way that the structure is both governed and ran.

Cons

The only con was the recent restructuring which saw Amnesty UK lose some key committed members of staff and saw AIUK have a reduction in it's annual funding.
