Pros

You will meet some very passionate, thoughtful, creative, and intelligent people working here. Don't let the sometimes awful rotten apples in positions of power distract you from that.

Cons

Amnesty is a microcosm of the world. The same issues that plague us out there, from classism, to greed, to lack of compassion, are still at play here. There is a reason they've unionized. It's because they give lavish salaries and often times outrageous golden parachutes to those at the top and then nickel and dime everybody at the bottom. Yes, they people working for you deserve a living wage.
