Pros

Many of the people hired are very motivated and committed to the charity's work, unfortunately this is massively undermined by management failiures.

Cons

Awful, vindictive management - incompetent in their roles and often nasty to staff. You're not paid for long commutes, and are expected to endure abuse from the public on a daily basis. No protection for vulnerable employees.
