The top level management is unable to resist the temptation of getting into politics and making sure that people, who can deliver extraordinarily well are continuously dealing with these situations leading to a fun factor of ZERO, a screwed up work life balance and total distrust on management (both Jaipur and US).
The US management had even sought inputs (presumably) from the Jaipur Management, but either the jaipur managers did not provide the true picture or if they did the US management turned a deaf ear (or were made to believe that everything is great and this is just some noise by some individuals and nothing more).
There are too many management teams.. JST, JLT, JMT.. still we do not have clear policies on promotions, increments and even giving COLA is controversial too (can't believe why giving just a 6% increase in India is such a difficult decision)
People leave giving a feedback but those too are considered as noise elements and ignored.
Lastly, this is treated as a cost centre. Career growth is limited, with US dictating terms and Jaipur is expected to be just following them.
