Pros
(as compared to other offices in Jaipur) Office is too Good. Environment is too Good. Cab + Cafeteria Facility is Good. Certification Exam Facility and its Reimbursement Policy is good. Some Developers are really too Good in their Work, so you may get chance to work with them. Open Culture, CMC is too good. Good Global Brand Name So, attraction is obvious :-). Good Clients (Big Brands). Appirio Silver Lining is also a very good Social Activity. You may feel like you are in a college. Appirio Store and its branding is Good and may be improved.
Cons
Cheap when it comes to Appraisal, Full positiveness/Credits goes into Lead's (higher level) Account and all Negativity goes into Consultant's(lower level) Account. It seems that buttering is the only way to get appraised because all shout-outs, All Good Words from Client are never counted, Actually there is no formula for Appraisal. Some Leads have no etiquette / manners to talk to their consultants, professionalism is a far story, every time they start backbiting to Delivery Manager, even small situations they can not manage. Appirio US/UK/Japan and Appirio India are treated very differently, Appirio India is still treated like an offshore development center, not the Part of Appirio. US Consultants doesn't treat like part of their Appirio Team, This is all because merely all the managers came from old Offshore company and they have not much grown up to feel that they are now in Appirio. Sometime it feels like a US Senior Consultant has more power than Appirio India's Lead Consultant. Right now if you join there just be aware of this OFFSHORE mentality.
