Efficient, decent systems and good snacks (I needed to fill the 5 word minimum)

Cons

culture, the real culture doesn't match the rhetoric. The management is immature, making decision based on "in group" vs. "out group" instead of relying on expertise to evaluate facts.

Pros

Appirio's culture won me over along with the benefits! The had some good people working for them who were friendly and didn't mind sharing knowledge. My manager was very nice and listened well. Great at providing the proper training you need.

Cons

When I first started they assigned me a mentor and she was very rude and always busy. I stopped reaching out to her and basically networked and found my own mentor within the company. They didn't forecast their financials too well because I was laid off after 1 year and all the training they provided. Another lady who started with me was laid off 5 months prior to myself. They tried to give me other projects but it wasn't enough to sustain my utilization long-term.
