Appirio is the company of clever, well-informed,Intelligent,Dedicated people who have a great deal of conversation. Appirio believes that Employees are a company's greatest asset - they're competitive advantage.This is why they provide them with encouragement, stimulus, and make them feel that they are an integral part of the company's mission.

Pros

Customer, Team and Fun are the core values. People enjoy working here. One of the most important difference I see is, Most companies find the way to not paying the employees, but Appirio always tries to find a way to pay more to the employees. Transparency is also remarkable in Appirio. Highly skilled technocrats are leading the company.

Cons

Very fast growing with a lot of verticals and changes happening every day. On boarding process needs to be improved.

Office Culture is fantastic, leadership is very knowledgeable and has a great vision, plenty of opportunities for personal growth.

Cons

I don't have many cons with Appirio, I guess depending on the position, travel can be a good majority of a week, which could be troublesome for some people.
