Pros

The people are amazing and exceptionally smart. Even though most people work remotely, there is a strong community. The organization is very transparent, enabling a sense of ownership. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

This company is not for everyone. You must be self motivated and think outside the box. If you are someone who craves structure than this is probably not the right place for you.

Pros

The company is clearly focused on it's goals. Transparency and openness of senior management is great. Constantly looking for ways to disrupt the market, it's much more than just marketing. Benefits are fine, pay has good upside if you blow out numbers.

Cons

Great growth causes shifts in execution strategy. Not sure it's avoidable, but can cause disruption at time.
