      Remote work, lots of training, down to earth leadership team

      Lots of training (yes, it's a pro and con), time waiting to get a project once hired is quite long

      Pros

      Too many smart people is never a bad thing. Management is open and honest about nearly everything. A refreshing approach to running a company. Like someone else stated, if I were on the outside looking in, I would think these reviews were all fluff. But it is not. There is a reason the CEO is rated in the upper 90s. The entire C level staff is unlike any I have worked for. The team works well together and even working remote, you never feel alone.

      Cons

      If you are not a self starter or need lots of hand holding it may be intimidating. You are treated like an adult and expected to be one.

      Pros

      Great culture, transparency, and organizational agility. Very smart colleagues all around you. The offshore team is great and effective. You can float to a different team/focus easily. I really enjoyed working here.

      Cons

      Career path is what you make of it. Mgmt didn't help me on my professional career ascension. Pay is average and increases are small and far between.
