Pros

Mobility and Free coffee/sodas. Benefits are cheap

Cons

-Managers play favorites but will talk-up the enormous amount of opportunity to grow in the interview process. -Directors don't give a rats behind about their employees - The eliminated a team of over 100 people last month with rumors spreading like wildfires that 2 more are expected to be eliminated by year's end. This place will be gone in 5 years or less. -PTO is terrible, if you are sick or need to take an emergency day, it's coming out of your PTO. They pay well below industry average. Warning: STAY AWAY, this place is doomed

Pros

When I started I could have given you many pros but now those are few and far between!

Cons

What has been stated in the negative reviews are spot on. The CEO is absent all but 4 days a month! Calling the COO and CHRO inept would be disrespectful to the meaning on inept! They are in full outsource mode which is funny considering the function was already outsourced once from the Ministry to the MSC. Employee morale is the worst that I have ever seen at a company and they treat their Contact Center Associates like third world citizens.

Pros

Mobility, free coffee and soda, great people. It has a great mission statement. The mission director is amazing and really inspires us.

Cons

They prefer college degrees but hire people with HS diplomas, which makes for a big gap in education. They then wonder why theses departments are failing. HS diplomas are great, but you should provide education on how to do your job if you have no experience. The upper management provides quarterly meetings with the whole company where they basically congratulate each other on how great they are without acknowledging the people below them. Sure, they read a few good reviews, but that seems to be the only time they concern themselves with the "lower" workers. Otherwise, we would not have failing departments.
