Pros

Absolutely none. In my experience this company should come with a health warning. Some managers are the worst offenders.

Cons

Bullying is rife. Only wish I had read the reviews before I took this job.

Pros

- Great company culture - office hours are relatively flexible and there is little to no micromanaging from line managers. - Most people are extremely helpful and willing to teach. - Office environment and bright and organised. - Company is into digitalisation and most processes are quite efficient.

Cons

- Every staff is overworked and overstretched. - Performance evaluated based on utilisation rates and encouraged to clock actual time spent. However, the reality is that PM often closes the project code for clocking and will tell staff to "control". Honestly not very sure what they want the staff to control when they are the ones responsible for project finance. - Salary is not very competitive.

Pros

1. Flexible working hours and arrangement. 2. Plenty of learning opportunities and they won a large amount of projects to give you the variety of works. 3. Plenty of client facing opportunities. 4. Encourages you to express your thought and creativities towards company strategy. 5. Work life balance. 6. Rewards you well if you work hard and be pro active.

Cons

1. Your working experience will depend on which team you belong to. The company runs rather like a collection of small companies than a big united group. If you get into a good team, then you will thrive and grow. But if you get into a poor team, then good luck. 2. It is a highly competitive environment as they have got very talented people at all levels. To be rewarded and promoted, you need to be proactive, excellent in delivering and also supporting the company strategy. It definitely does not suit someone who just looks to put their head down, do their job and go home. 3. If you are just starting out your career and you are looking for a good pay just because you feel you deserve more as an engineer, this is not a place for you.
