      Challenging, great people and excited for the future

      Pros

      Great people, very smart but friendly and approachable at all levels of the organisation. There is lots to do and exciting projects to work on, keeps me engaged and challenged. The company is going on a significant journey and I am excited to see what the future holds particularly with a new CEO coming on board.

      Cons

      Internal decision making can be slow and large corporate initiatives are often expected from very lean teams which means the best alternative is not always the one that is rolled out.

      Sometimes unfriendly environment, low salary and benefit for non-executive staffs, sometimes experience very unequal work and life balance, mismanagement in lower levels
