Pros

Salary of the company is above other companies in Turkey sector for a fresh university graduate. The company is bought-out by Spanish BBVA.

Cons

- Corporate culture of the company is a scandal, all employees are trying to humiliate each other and make things harder for others all the time. Managers and Directors positions themselves like Gods of the department and don't make relationships with their team member. Hierarchy is like Berlin Wall and cannot be removed. -Managers do not encourage their team members to learn more or look dfferently. Their only purpose is to preserve the system as it is for years. Even in an excel sheet, there is no tolerance for your tasks to do it differently. -Along with that, carreer opportunities in the company is horrible and there is no allowance for department changes in the company. All the departments threat their employees with low performance ratings and don't let their employees to critisize the system. -The company is far away from professionality and it is full of couples. Marriage with coworkers is seen as a way of getting promotion. The company ignores the existence of this situation.

Pros

The employees are pretty nice and the free account is a great product.

Cons

Branch management is a joke, they are lazy and offer no help. Employees go through "training" which is sitting in front of a computer and once that's done, they are told to help customers with no guidance which creates a horrible customer experience. They keep saying how important customer service is, but they do nothing to male it better. If your unfortunate enough to work for a BRE who is well liked but upper management, chances are they will do nothing but sit in their office all day on the phone and internet.

Pros

Decent salary & benefits, good vacations time & holidays!

Cons

Executive management has lost touch with what some of their lower management is doing in the Birmingham offices. So many employees in the Birmingham offices are scared of being replaced by outsourcing that it has become "dog eat dog world." Some managers have been let run helter skelter over their employees even allowed to hit them and get by with it.
