Flexible PTO scheduling. Manhattan office located right above Penn Station.
Cons
"Unlimited PTO" policy, but no actual availability to take more than the average amount of PTO (or usually less). Completely understaffed - associates and seniors are overworked. Job trainings/development is just not there; staff are just thrown onto jobs and they are already over scheduled. Not an open collaborative team environment; people are very much looking out only for themselves. No humility, empathy, or humanness on majority of teams you work with on the audit side; you are on your own. Have found the few people who have these qualities move on from the firm very quickly. Terrible work life balance; there is none. Diversity in upper management is next to none. The pay is not worth the insane amount of unpaid overtime you have to put into the job.
