      Pros

      There are some great leaders here - some genuinely inspiring people. Whether they can make an impact or will stay with the many of the other leaders looking after themselves is another matter.

      Cons

      HR take no responsibility - they don't care about the employees other than the senior execs they are servicing. Accountability throughout the organisation is minimal. People work for process, not the other way around.

      The marketing department - Bad culture, big leadership problems, very stressful place

      Pros

      You can have a good work life balance. The brand is strong and important. The work benefits are good and their is great health care, pension, insurance and all that kind of thing.

      Cons

      The senior and middle management are full of politics and are a nightmare to work for. The level of micro management from the very top down to middle management makes it a stressful and very hard place to work. You get almost no support. The values that they talk of, well you can forget that.
