      Pros

      It's very hard to think of any. Some people were great to work with but morale was extremely low overall.

      Cons

      Everything is controlled out of the UK. It is virtually impossible to get anything accomplished. They are so many layers of management before you get to actual technology delivery. Senior management has been changed and shuffled so many times that there is no clear direction other than to cut more spending.

      Jury still out.....as too many negatives over shadow the positive they try and showcase!

      bonus, pay, managers-lack of experience and commitment to truly help the account holder, advancement means losing your true purpose
