      Very good compensation plan especially when compared with other organisations or similar roles. Good work life balance with abilty to work from home

      Cons

      Very political and hiearachical environment, compensation programm might drive in appropriate behaviour, decsions not made in a timely and effective manner

      - A good name for your resume - decent starting base pay I honestly can;t think of any more postive attributes

      Cons

      - back office people are shunned - no room for lateral movement, if you show any interest in moving around they will axe you - HR is not helpful at all

      Flexible working hours including working from home Nice people with high tolerance of mistakes Fair pay and benefits considering the work load

      Cons

      Move relatively slow due to complicated processes. Could feel trapped in circle of approvals and get nothing done. Need some serious ways of measuring performance.
