Pros
Good/Friendly people, Good name. Good CEO. Other than that there really is no good reason to work in back-office finance.
Cons
Interning in the finance division was a horrible experience. First of all, the senior people do data entry too, so there really is no room for growth. The managers aren't concerned with training people under them. The environment is so bad that they told us during our first day of orientation that we shouldn't be in the internship program if we wanted to do front-office work. Its frowned upon for back-office people to want a front-office position.
