      Used to be good and now bad getting worse

      Pros

      Remote work half of the week Pay was good to start

      Cons

      No workplace diversity literally almost all outsourced personnel brought in from overseas. Promotions going almost all to them. Political wrangling and micromanagement. Infrastructure support was bad now worse actually hindering productive work. CEO inept & uncaring literally laid off 5% of workforce just before Christmas to increase future profits.

      - Great to have on the CV - Good work/life balance - Decent salary with bonus and pension

      Cons

      - Lack of progression, wasted talent, You need to be part of a clique to progress - Just give lip service to diversity - Nothing done to train up junior staff - Too much red tape and internal politics
