Pros

- work from home, only one day in office - holidays aren't too bad - pay is alright but still needs a pay rise from what the expect from you - if you do enjoy the job you could move into different departments or higher up - good benefits

Cons

- the micro-management in this place is just ridiculous!! always getting nit-picky comments on your stats which means they want you back to back calls with no space to breathe. if you do take a quick 30 secs after call work you'll be questioned on why you done this. - you have to use your own breaks to go to the toilet... you cannot use the 'comfort break' option before using your own breaks (guessing they just have that option in there to look good for HR) - stress and depression comes very quickly in this job. they pretend to actually care about mental health when really all they offer are useless links and return to work meetings that make you feel more guilty for taking time off. also get warnings if you take so many sick days off which are NEEDED due to stress and being run down constantly. - stats are the only important thing they care about. they want you to complete every little thing on the phone with customers, even if thats finishing up notes. when completing appointments a lot of the time customers don't need to be on the phone but they would rather you keep them on for the sake of the call time and stats. they want you ready to help the next customer in seconds. this means you can't take your time focusing and tend to rush things. - team leaders do anything but lead a team and they actually don't have a clue about anything. you ask them questions while they scratching their heads before telling you to look at the call guides (which is what you done in the first place) half of them aren't even trained or taken calls or used to systems you do so don't waste your time. - you get heavily told to tell customers about the app to stop high calls... but most of the calls are customers moaning about how the app doesn't work -if you get called into a meeting to talk about your stats they will make you feel as if you're going to jail or you're the worst person in the world - no work & life balance. once you finish work you're too tired and drained to do anything. days off because your resting days to recover - you're braver than the marines if you're applying for this job. only last here a year and wanted to leave the first 3 months in. good luck cause they'll never change and will just replace you with the high turnovers.

Pros

Pays well, good benefits, perks such as happy hours and launch parties at the office, newly renovated floors

Cons

Bull pen layout - hard to focus, technology has too many glitches - hard to get work done, managers either dont address or don’t have the power to address chronic issues with technology and personnel, clicks - feels like high school with manager favorites
