Pros

Solid company, that saves and sustains lives with its portfolio. Lots of great people and leaders (depending on your team). Great 2020 vision trying to promote a healthier workplace.

Cons

Team is incredibly toxic. People constantly putting one another down, very critical and hostile environment. Lots of gossip and hatefulness. Various people talk about how dreadful going to work these days.

Cons

Promotions are difficult to get. There is also not a well defined path for advancement. The work can be monotonous at times.
