Overall compensation and benefits programs are solid Matching gifts program allows employees to increase donations to their favorite charities More focus on workforce flexibility (telecommuting, different schedules, compressed work weeks) Kind and caring co-workers with a focus on helping save lives

Cons

Work/Life balance is poor due to high demands Decisions take a long time due to the size & bureaucracy Leaders have been promoted due to their technical skills and there is a lack of true Leadership Disparity in activities, benefits and focus on the business outside of Chicago

Good work life balance. Benefits were good. People were nice.

Cons

FDA nightmare. This plant had a lot of issues specifically quality control. Also, no room to grow or develop your career. The whole R&D department got laid off.
