Pros
Baxter Canada has some of the best benefits and perks of anywhere I have worked, from summer hours to allowing each employee two paid days to volunteer at their choice of charity or non-profit organization. It's not unusual to find employees who have been with the organization for twenty years or more.
Cons
The decision making process at Baxter can run at a snails pace. This causes frustration, slows down projects and impacts on morale.
