      Good name brand, loyal and dedicated employees, good benefits, work life balance observed, engineers well supported, constant technology upgrades, employees can walk across the street at St Johns Apparel for hot meals!

      Cons

      Senior Manager engages in sustained display of hostile verbal and nonverbal behaviors, including physical demonstration of anger which affects not just the victim of their angst, but the victim’s coworkers as well, making life miserable for an entire group of colleagues. (Irvine Plant)

      Pros

      Good salary and working conditions as long as you put in very long hours. The products that you are supplying actually save lives

      Cons

      You only get on within Baxter if your face fits. Senior management pass the buck down the line and take no ownership or responsibility. Work life balance is also shocking. Dated systems
